Terms and ConditionsRENTAL POLICIESThe occupancy of unit G-114 is four. Our two-bedroom unit, I-209, is limited to 6 guests. We require a seven-night minium stay and offer a 10% discount for periods of 21 days or longer. Smoking or pets are not allowed in the unit or on the lanais. To make a reservation we require a non-refundable fee of $200, which is applied to the rent. The balance is due 90 days in advance of occupancy or immediately if the reservation is made within that time period. A Hawaii State lodging tax of 12.42% is assessed on the daily rate and a check-out cleaning fee of $95 is charged. It is important to understand our cancellation policy before making your reservation. All cancellations will result in loss of your $200 reservation fee. If a cancellation is received less than 90 days from your arrival date, it may result in forfeiture of most fees. However, if we can rebook the days cancelled, your fees will be returned. For your convenience we accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover cards. Upon receipt of your balance, we will send you information regarding keys, condominium association rules, and check-in procedures. |
